Grease a 24 cm diameter cake tin with seed oil and, if necessary, lightly flour it. Pour the cake batter and level it.

Decorate the surface with the remaining apples, then bake in static mode at 180° for 40 minutes.

Remember to always do the toothpick test before taking it out of the oven: insert a long toothpick in the center of the cake and, if it stays dry when it comes out, then the cake is ready. You can take it out of the oven and let it cool, then place it on a serving plate.
