Last month a couple of leaks showed us the Moto E32 supposedly coming soon, and today Motorola decided to make it official without fanfare. The list just went up in Europe, and that’s it: no fictional events, nothing like that.

The Moto E32 is available in two colors, Misty Silver and Slate Gray. The former appears to be available first, while the latter is coming soon. There is only one configuration of the phone in Europe and that has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. It has a suggested retail price of € 149.

So let’s see what that amount of money gives you. The Moto E32 has a 6.5-inch 720×1600 LCD touchscreen with 90Hz refresh rate, the Unisoc T606 chipset at the helm, a 16MP main rear camera flanked by a 2MP macro cam and a depth sensor 2MP, a single down-firing speaker, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button, IP52-compliant splash protection and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging

That said, the charger that comes in the box is underwhelming at just 10 W. Adding insult to misery, the Moto E32 runs Android 11 right out of the box and it’s unknown if it will receive updates to the new OS iterations. Maybe one if you’re lucky? Ad Android 12 released by Google last year? Who knows.

Anyway, the Moto E32 measures 163.95 x 74.94 x 8.49mm and weighs 184g. It is now available in Belgium and is expected to arrive in other markets soon.
