After weeks of leaks, Samsung’s highly anticipated mid-range duo is finally official. Meet the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54!
Interestingly, the Galaxy A54 is the smallest phone, featuring a 6.4-inch 1080p Super AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster support. The Galaxy A54 measures 158.2×76.7×8.2mm and weighs 202g.
The Galaxy A34 has a larger 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display, but retains the 1080p resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Vision Booster improvements. The phone measures 161.3×78.1×8.2mm, but is a few grams lighter at 199g.
The duo also share an IP67 rating for dust and water protection and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging, but that’s where the similarities end.

The Samsung Galaxy A54 has a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera, a 12 MP f/2.2 fixed focus ultrawide camera and a dedicated 5 MP f/2.4 macro camera. There’s a 32MP f/2.2 selfie camera at the opposite end.

The Samsung Galaxy A34 is satisfied with a 48 MP F/1.8 main camera, an 8 MP F/2.2 ultrawide unit and a 5 MP F/2.4 macro camera. The selfie camera on this one has a 13MP sensor.
The Galaxy A54 is powered by the 5nm Exynos 1380 chipset, while the Galaxy A34 features the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1080. You can get both phones with 6GB or 8GB of RAM, paired with 128GB or 256GB of expandable storage.

The Galaxy A34 is available in lime, graphite, purple and silver and costs €390 for the 6/128GB model and €460 for the 8/256GB one.
The Galaxy A54 is available in lime, graphite, purple and white, starting at €490 for the 6/128GB model, the 8/256GB model is €550. The phones will hit markets in Europe and Asia starting this month.
