The iQOO Pad arriving on May 23 is said to be a version of the vivo Pad2 powered by the Dimension 9000+ SoC instead of the Dimension 9000. iQOO has not yet detailed the spec sheet of the iQOO Pad, but has confirmed that the iQOO Pad will have the Dimensity 9000+ chip at the helm.
Additionally, iQOO has confirmed that the iQOO Pad, its first tablet, will include a 12.1-inch 2.8k screen with 600 nits maximum brightness, 144Hz refresh rate, and HDR10 support.
If the iQOO Pad is indeed a Dimensity 9000 Plus-powered vivo Pad2, it will come with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, Android 13-based Origin OS 3 operating system, and a 10,000mAh battery with 44W wired and 5W reverse charging.

The iQOO Pad will feature a 13MP main camera on the back, coupled with a 2MP macro unit, and on the front, there will be an 8MP camera for selfies and video calling.
