The Oppo A2 Pro 5G (PJG110) is an upcoming device that recently appeared on our radar via a TENAA listing. This revealed most of the specifications of the phone along with a suggested release date of September 15th.
Now, the same phone has been spotted in an official listing on China Telecom’s website, along with a September 22 release date. Regardless of the timing, we’re happy to hear more detailed pictures and specs for the next phone.

The Oppo A2 Pro 5G measures 162.66 x 74.28 x 7.99 mm and tips the scales at 190 grams. Its design looks very modern, with a curve on both sides in the central frame. The display in question is a 6.7-inch OLED with Full HD+ resolution of 2412×1080 pixels and PWM dimming control at 2160Hz to ensure comfort and relieve eye strain.
The phone is built around a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset, which is just a rebranded version of the popular Dimensity 1080. It is paired with a wide variety of memory and storage options, including 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and even 12GB + 512GB. combos.
On the back of the device there is a 64 MP main camera, accompanied by an additional 2 MP sensor. At the front: an 8MP camera for selfies. There is a 5,000 mAh battery on board. Apparently there is no 3.5mm jack, in case you were wondering.
According to the listing, the Oppo A2 Pro 5G is available in Black, Brown and Purple colors with a list price of 2,099 wan which is around $290 or EUR 270, making it quite affordable.
