During his time at OnePlus, the Chinese company pioneered the extended teaser campaign ahead of the launch of any new smartphone, and now that he’s doing his thing on Nothing, Carl Pei is definitely applying the same tactic.

Today Nothing unveiled three sales partners for the upcoming Nothing (1) phone, in Europe and India. In the UK, the exclusive carrier (sorry Brits, operatur) the partner for the device will be O2. Remember the exclusive offers? Nothing seems to want to bring them back! And not just in the UK.

Xejn ma jħabbar l-operatur u s-sħubijiet tal-bejgħ bl-imnut għat-telefon (1) madwar l-Ewropa u l-Indja

The situation is similar in Germany, where there is another exclusive partner for the sale of the Nothing (1) phone, only this time it is Telekom. So you can expect to find the phone in O2 stores and its online store in the UK and Germany through Telekom’s online store and “select stores”. It’s unclear whether non-courier retailers will offer the phone in the UK and Germany, but it’s likely an announcement for a later date. As well as anything that has to do with the specifications, pricing or release period of the phone.

Meanwhile, in India, Flipkart will sell the Nothing (1) phone, after Nothing extended its partnership with the retailer, which began last year. There was no mention of exclusivity here in the Nothing press release, however, and that could be a notable omission.
