Last month, reliable tipster Silġ univers claimed that Samsung will adopt a flat design with the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ and their claim was confirmed by leaksters OnLeaksli, b’kollaborazzjoni ma’ Smartprixhas shared renders of the Galaxy S24 revealing its design.

Like the Galaxy S23, the Galaxy S24 also has a flat back, but it differs from the curved frames of the S23 in that it has flat iPhone-like frames, which may make the smartphone less comfortable to hold in the hand for some.

You may also notice that the LED flash on the back is now placed between the first and second cameras and not next to the first camera like in the Galaxy S23. The location of the buttons is the same as the power button and volume rocker remain on the right frame, but a UWB antenna now joins them. At the bottom is the USB-C port, flanked by a SIM card slot, microphone and speaker.

The source claims that the Galaxy S24 will have a 6.1″ display like the Galaxy S23 but will have different dimensions: 147 x 70.5 x 7.6 mm compared to the 146.3 x 70.9 x 7.6 mm of the Galaxy S23.

Last week, some leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy A15 revealed that it will feature flat bezels, so expect more Samsung smartphones to adopt this design next year.

Coming back to the Samsung Galaxy S24, the smartphone is said to launch on January 18 next year with the S24+ and S24 Ultra, which is earlier than usual. And if that’s true, you’ll be hearing a lot more about the Galaxy S24 range in the coming weeks.
