For example, tap the worker or CEO’s cat avatar in the lower left corner to open their profile page, where you can see the level bar, which displays the amount of EXP required to level up. Now do some activities like fishing, harvesting, cooking, crafting, etc. After that, check the profile again; you will see the progress of the level.

1.) Hire workers
The more workers you have in the camp, the more things you can do and quickly level up the camp. So our first tip would be to save the pine cones; normal and golden for hiring workers. Regular pine cones are easy to obtain, but golden ones are not. So make sure you spend wisely; to get more jobs so you can recruit more workers in the campground. Tap the worker slot in the lower right corner and instruct the task; gathering, fishing, cooking, crafting, etc. Select another worker and give him another job.
2.) Level up your workers
You will need a lot of energy to build premium structures as the hot spring requires 50 energy. If no worker has the 50 max energy stats, you wouldn’t be able to build it. Increasing the worker increases the maximum energy limit: energy is required to perform activities such as crafting, fishing, building, cooking, etc. We recommend leveling up the CEO first and raising the cap to 50 so you can build a hot spring. Or use the bonfire effect for a temporary boost.

Go home -> magnifying glass -> research -> there you can spend reputation points for premium buffs that improve the efficiency of the camping facilities. Tap search – read details – confirm if you like it.
7.) Bonfire to activate Buff
