Realme is planning a launch on May 12 for its European customers, where the 9 series is expected to appear. We will see the Realme 9 with a 108MP main camera and the Realme 9 5G, and we have previously seen a report, suggesting that this the latter is different from its namesake, launched in India.
These rumors were confirmed today when the new European Realme 9 5G appeared on the company’s website in Poland, revealing a familiar design, a new chipset and a new set of cameras. We should point out that while the promotional images look legitimate, some materials appear to have been reused, which is why the official page has some images and videos mixed in.
The new Realme 9 5G is listed with a 6.6 “LCD with 1080p resolution and a fingerprint scanner on the side. The front offers a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sample rate of 240Hz. Dimensity 810 chipset in the Indian version has been replaced with a Snapdragon 695 which carries a 2x Kryo Gold 2.2 GHz + 6x Kryo Silver 1.8 GHz CPU.
RAM is listed as 4GB, but can be expanded up to an extra 3GB. Storage is either 64GB or 128GB, so we should expect two prices, just as the previous entry suggests. The camera trio is 50MP main + 2MP B&W + 2MP depth sensor, and the front shooter is listed as 16MP with f / 2.1 aperture and 5P lens.

The battery is 5,000 mAh with support for fast charging from 18 W. The new Realme 9 5G will also arrive with the latest Android 12 and Realme UI 3.0. The color options are white or black and the dimensions of the phone will be 164.3mm x 75.6mm x 8.5mm with a weight of 191 grams.
