On February 7, OnePlus will unveil new products on two fronts. Globally it will release the OnePlus 11, 11R, its first ever tablet and more. In China it will introduce the OnePlus Ace 2 (thought to be identical to the 11R) and OnePlus Buds Ace. The company has already confirmed some details for the two new devices planned for China.
Buds Ace will boast 36 hours of total battery life (buds + case). That’s 6 more than the Nord Buds, which have a similar design. In addition, the Ace earphones will have much improved fast charging: a 5-minute fast charge will be enough for 10 hours of playback (compared to 10 minutes for 5 hours on the Nord Buds).
Another advantage over the old earphones is that these will have active noise cancellation (ANC) thanks to a “dual-core noise reduction chip”. Furthermore, the new OnePlus Buds Ace will feature a dynamic bass system called BassWave.

These buds are recommended by the Peacekeeper Elite League in part due to their Bluetooth 5.3 support, which can reduce latency as low as 47ms.
As for the OnePlus Ace 2, that will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and the official renders show that its design will be very similar to that of the OnePlus 11. Note that the global event on February 7 will mark the global launch of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 (which are already available in China), it is unclear how long it will take for the Buds Ace (probably under another name) to go global as well.
